Companion App-where are my missions?

I just signed up for the February Mission,
Find Your Fitness
Complete 3 workouts throughout the month of February

Is there a way to see this workouts in the Companion App or only In the game itself?

I believe the companion app should be our ‘go to’ schedule. To check what we have planned and what’s next…
