Companion App Fitness Trends Screen Not Matching Recorded Activities [Jan 2026]

Happened to me too. My ride from last saturday and this monday have gone lost aswell. But when i look at “Activities”, theyre still there, but won’t show up in my training status/overwiew of the weekly activities. IOS user here. Hope this can get fixed soon and my rides show up again.

Description : My 22 mile ride with Drafting Dinos yesterday (Monday Jan. 26, 2026) disappeared the next day from my companion app. It looks like I didn’t ride yesterday (zzzz). The ride data appears in Strava and my Zwift apps. But my total mileage for the week is showing each day but that one on Monday.

It was back to normal for me last night, but I did apply the latest update. And being on ATV, I force closed the Zwift before anything

to add, I don’t have the missing data… it’s just working for me now

Same happened to me 21 mile ride on 1/25/26 is there in the ride summary in the companion app, but my 31 mile ride on the same day , vaporized ! It was accounted for in the summary last week .. but :dashing_away:… gone

I’ve been told by tech support to update my app to fix this problem. I’m on android and the most recent update I see is from December. Does anyone see version 3.77.2?

3.77.2 is for iOS only. The latest Android version is 3.77.0.

I’m having the opposite issue. Since Feb 4, deleted activities don’t disappear from the Fitness Trends screen. I have the latest Companion version and use it exclusively on my iPhone.

found this same issue today on app..rides not appearing in trends section. how do i get update

Hi @Hagit_Sans_Chaine - Thanks - we’re looking into this. Can i just confirm you are deleting the activity from within ZC (Activities > Delete Activity)

Don’t understand question. My rides from last week dont appear in trends. Nothing was deleted

If you are referring to what Peter said in the post above yours, he was asking someone else, not you.

Hi Peter. This is correct. And after deleting an activity from within ZC today, my activity list correctky shows one activity (1h13m), while the Fitness Trends screen shows 2h26m.

my android shows ver 3.78.0 & still issues.. Does deleting app & reinstall help?

I’m having a similar issue, that Zwift is not updating my data. Several weeks ago I noticed that my drops were not updating, and at this point I have not received perhaps 200,000-300,000 drops, significant to me because I am trying to upgrade to a faster bike. Related, I do not believe any of my stats have updated. I’m training to raise VO2max values, but I have nothing to go on due to this bug. Zwift tech support has been impossible to reach with any useful feedback.

This sounds like a common behavior from having logged in to Zwift on multiple devices. Is it possible you’re using Zwift on more than one device?

That could have been the problem initially but I have uninstalled the app from the other device, so it is not running in the background. Itis now only running on one device, a Windows laptop, but the problem persists.
