I have been riding a Zwift ride since December 15, 2025 and for a few days I have not been able to connect my left command. She is sometimes recognized in Companion but no light comes on!!
Today I don’t have any lights on when I plug it in to recharge it or when I try to connect it. I still tried other cables, blocks and sockets without result.
I was still able to update because it appears in Companion from time to time with the light off. Companion asks me if I want to forget this order! I don’t know what to do.
I tried several resets and nothing changed.
This morning a yellow update light appeared only on this command. I was able to update but still no witness or possible operation. It is 100% loaded according to Companion when it is recognized but no longer works despite everything. The button does not seem blocked.
It looks like a bug

J’uilise un Zwift ride depuis le 15 décembre 2025 et depuis quelques jours je n’arrive plus à connecter ma commande gauche. Elle est parfois reconnue dans Companion mais aucun témoin ne s’allume pour autant !!
Aujourd’hui je n’ai aucun témoin d’allumé quand je la branche pour la recharger ou quand j’essaie de la connecter. J’ai tout de même essayé d’autres câbles, blocs et prises sans résultat.
J’ai malgré tout pu faire la mise à jour car elle apparaît dans Companion de temps en temps avec le témoin éteint. Companion me demande si je veux oublier cette commande ! Je ne sais pas quoi faire.
J’ai essayer plusieurs reset et rien ne change.
Ce matin un témoin jaune de mise à jour est apparue uniquement sur cette commande. J’ai pu faire la mise à jour mais toujours pas de témoin ni fonctionnement possible. Elle est chargée à 100% d’après Companion quand elle est reconnue mais ne fonctionne plus malgré tout. Le bouton ne semble pas bloqué.
Ça ressemble à un bug
