J’ai reçu le zwift ride et le kicked core Wahoo.
Ma commande prévoyait un cog orange (v2). Mais j’ai reçu le cog noir v1.
Comment peut on procéder pour un changement rapide ?
Si quelqu’un a déjà eu ce probleme… ou si une personne du SAV peut me réponde… merci beaucoup

You can contact support about your order, but the last information about the Ride bundle was that it’s still shipping with the Cog V1

But I’m surprised because a friend received the Kickr with the orange cog even though he ordered the zwift ride + kickr set after me!!!
Do you have an approximate shipping date for the orange cog ?

It’s great to know your interest in the Zwift Ride, let me confirm the information @Paul_Southworth share, currently, the Zwift Ride + KICKR CORE is available with the Zwift Cog v1, but in the fall this year we are preparing to start shipping the KICKR CORE Zwift One with the Zwift Cog v2.
Keep an eye on our Zwift Shop for this launch!

I don’t understand !!!
When I purchased the zwift ride frame, it said orange cog was included (see attachment). But I received the black cog installed on the KickR. There was no orange cog.
It's not the same thing, you will agree...
What's more, Several threads on the forums indicate that the orange cog was included in the box containing the pedals and the cables of the frame.
I didn't find anything in the boxes sent.
Please, could you send me the orange cog as indicated in my order. Thanks in advance.

just a clarification: it is indicated on the purchase site, when you purchase the Zwift ride frame, the improved version of the cog (i.e. the orange cog) is included in the purchase (see the attachment) .

Did you purchase just the Zwift Ride frame, or the Ride+Kickr Core bundle? Your first post mentioned the Kickr Core. Your attachments are related to the standalone Ride Frame.

I appreciate your pictures and want to put my two cents in this situation by letting you know that the Zwift Ride frame only, since is designed to be used in multiple trainers, is available with the Zwift Cog v2, and the Zwift Ride with Wahoo KICKR CORE is available with the Zwift Cog v1 pre-installed on the trainer.
