Clock settings to Strava wrong

Hi. First time zwifter. Just uploaded to Strava and it’s 7 in the morning in the UK but it’s uploaded my ride as 10 at night yesterday to Strava. Is there a way to sort this? (Strava is normally spot on with normal cycling). Thanks

I think it because of the time zone of the GPS plot
