Click not connecting to companion

Hi, I have just bought the KICKR with Zwift hub and click.

My click is not recognised by Companion App at all.

Error message is: Bluetooth is disabled when I go to pair with Zwift Hardware.

Do I have a dud?

This sounds like the Companion app lacks Bluetooth permissions on your device.
