I have been using zwiift for a while now and it’s been great. Now all of a sudden the game wont load anymore. I get to the screen saying preparing for update and then “zwift launcher has stopped working.” I contacted zwift and was told that my GPU doesn’t meet their minimum requirements. It was just working fine and now not anymore. Is my laptop not compatible anymore?

I can’t seem to find your ticket in our system - did you use this email address? There’s only one and it’s from March of this year.
Most likely you will need a driver update, however. If you are using a laptop that uses proprietary drivers, I would contact the manufacturer for further help.
Otherwise if you can give me the ticket number I can look into it for you.
