Can't select a route

Hi,

I have a personal account and everything works perfect. Now I made an account for my father. The connection with the smart trainer is OK, but when logging in, he can’t select a route. He is immediatelly dropped in Watopia. And on the screen, he can’t see any dashboards.
I tried logging in on my computer with his account and I see the same issues.

What’s wrong?

This is a bit of an ‘intro ride’ that some people get. Once you’ve rode for about 1 mile, all the UI should appear as normal and it will all be as you are use to!
