I finished my first workout. I click to save it but it loads infinitely. This started yesterday, but until today I can’t save it. I click to go back, then click to save again, but it just loads. Maybe it’s the internet.

Shuji at Zwift HQ here. I looked at your server logs and there are many errors related to network problems.
- Please try powering off your computer, router, and cable / fiber modem.
- Do you have a VPN or a firewall running on either the router or that computer?
- Is this a work-issued computer? Is there a corporate security software running that might prevent Zwift app from connecting to our servers?
We may need to have you send the local log files on your computer. They can not be uploaded to this forum - please contact my Support colleagues if we need to provide further assistance.
