Can't pair Zwift account to Strava account

I went to connections, select Strava, login fine to Strava, accept everything and when I go back to the list, it’s as if I never did anything - Strava is still greyed out. What am I doing wrong?

Hi @Anthony_Lovegrove, welcome to the forums. You will also need to connect to Zwift through Strava, both apps need to be given permissions.

Hi Mike, thanks for responding. I’ve tried everything and I can’t work out where to do this. All my settings in Strava allow everyone to see everything so I don’t know why I can’t connect Strava to Zwift

You might have to log into the website, not through the app.
