I am trying to connect my Strava account to my ZwiftPower account and I’m having trouble.
I am following these steps:
On Zwift Power, Profile > Settings > Connect with Strava (orange button in bottom right of page). From there I am taken to Strava page with the option to Authorize Zwift Power to connect to Strava. I click “Authorize” but then I see a page that says “HTTP Error 404 - The requested resource is not found.”
I’ve tried this on several different web browsers and on my iPhone - all getting the same result.
Hello.
I’ve had this problem since last week and still not able to connect my Zwift power account with my Strava account and in some events it’s necessary to have this link and connection in order not to be disqualified or filtered.
Can you help me ??
Thanks in advance.
What seems to fix this for me is unchecking “Edit certain data on your profile” from the authorization view. I’m not sure what “certain data” would be and I assume integration just won’t update some things (didn’t actually try riding after that).
I also want to add that I don’t have Strava paid subscription - I’m using free plan there, so that might be a factor here.
For Zwift (or maybe Strava?) employees - this might be a hint in tracking down this issue, which clearly isn’t completely fixed.
Hello, I still have the issue or the problem of not being able to connect ZP with Strava.
I need this connection and link between these 2 programs to participate and ride in some races where it’s a compulsory recquirement.
Can you help me ?
Thanks.
Greetings
Hey everyone, thanks for your reporting over the weekend. We had a holiday weekend here in the U.S., so we’re just catching back up with your reports and feedback. This issue has been flagged to the engineers, and as we did with the last round, I’ll do my best to keep you all updated when we get it fixed.
Again, we’ve got a backlog of stuff to get through, and our team working on ZwiftPower is running in the red right now to get you all back up and online with a smooth experience. Please allow us some time and grace as we work to help.
