Can't connect to Elite Direto - Bluetooth Android

I am using a Xiaomi Pad 5 and I can’t connect my elite direto XRT to zwift. Used to be working OK some months ago. I’ve just renewed the subscription after a couple of months and I can’t seem to get it to work even after uninstalling and installing the zwift application. Other training applications connect to the trainer ok.
Any ideas?

Hi @Konstantinos_Karampe

Welcome to the Zwift forums!

Sorry to hear that you’re having issues pairing your Elite trainer to the Zwift app. Make sure that the trainer firmware is up to date (can check that in the manufacturer app) and do a calibration in that app afterwards.

After that, make sure that app is closed fully and make sure your trainer is not paired up to any other apps (and they are fully shut down and not running in the background). Then, check out our support article: Pairing your devices

If still not pairing up, than check the app permission for the Zwift app in the Android settings, and that the Zwift app has permission to use Bluetooth (Some Android updates will remove that permission).

If you’re still having some issues, reach out to our support team and we can continue working on this with you.
