Can't change to metric

I Cant change to metric in the settings.

Cant change name either. It just stops at the loading flip in the middle of the screen.

The settings goes back to imperial quite often too.

Well…found I can use U to change to metric in-game.

But I still can’t change name, weight and that stuff.

Thanks for reporting this issue! It is under investigation and will be addressed as soon as possible. 

In the meantime, you can change the details you mentioned in-game without going to the website from our User Profile screen:

  1. After you’ve logged in and paired your devices, pedal for a short distance and then stop. The pause menu will appear.
  2. Below your name in the top-right corner of the screen will be a pen and paper icon. Click it.
  3. Change your details here.
  4. Once you’re done making changes, click the save button.

Birthday, height, weight, and country changes will take effect as soon as you return to the game. Name changes will be visible immediately on your pause screen, and to other riders, but will not be updated on your riders list until your next log in.
