Cannot reach high wattage in workout

Hi all,

I use a Tacx Blue Matic Trainer on Setting 3 as requested by zwift. I have compact gear on my bike with 10-25 spokes on the rear wheel. Zwift asks me to reach an effort of 400 watts @ around 100 rpm. This isn’t nearly possible for me. Even when I ride at 130 - 140 rpm I reach only 380 watts in the peaks. Is it possible to use another Setting than 3 to make it possible to reach higher efforts? Setting 3 seems a little bit low for the high efforts.
