Cannot pair

I’m using Apple TV, Garmin Tacx Neo 2T, Zwift play controllers, and running zwift companion on Android (Google Pixel).

This pairs successfully.

But for several reasons, I would like to use an alternate phone to run zwift companion. Specifically, a Samsung a10e, running Android 11.

No matter what I do, this configuration will not pair. I hit the device limit screen, confirm I can pair through zwift companion, but then the pairing screen disconnects all my connected devices, and I have to restart, and I end up at the same point.

Over and over.

How can I make this work?

Yes, I reviewed that topic and its responses, and there’s nothing there that addresses my issue.

I don’t know if it’s specific to the Samsung a10e, because it does work with the Google pixel, I sure would like to figure it out though.
