I can access my zwift from m y laptop but cannot on my iPhone or ipad I be tried making contact with zwift but all get is automatic generated answers, getting annoyed.
did you check that you don’t have spaces also don’t use TAB to go to the next field.

Try uninstalling and reinstalling Zwift.
It’s not the app it is when I go online all I get is a page with headings but they don’t do anything
