Canadian Zwift Shop Closure [July 20 2021]

The Canadian Zwift Shop will close on Tuesday 20 July. There will no longer be a shop connected to the Zwift website and future purchases will not be possible. Zwift will continue to support customers who have made purchases from the shop.

Why is Zwift closing its Canadian eCommerce Store?
Unfortunately we have taken the difficult decision to close the Canadian eCommerce Store due to a complicated and disruptive delivery chain which ultimately led to a poor customer experience. We will continue to support customers who have made purchases from the shop.

I ordered a trainer/clothing/accessory and it hasn’t yet shipped? Will I still receive my order?
Zwift will fulfill all orders that are placed before the closing of the Canadian eCommerce Site on 20th July.

I ordered a trainer/clothing/accessory through Zwift but need to return it. Is this still possible to do after the eCommerce store closes?
We will continue to support our customers who have made purchases from the Canada Zwift shop. All return requests within policy will be honored.

I have received a return authorization from the manufacturer, and they’ve directed me to fulfil their warranty through the seller which was the Canadian Zwift Shop. What happens now?
We will continue to support customers that have received a return authorization from the manufacturer whether that is with a replacement or refund. Please email orders@zwift.com with your order reference number.

I need a replacement part for an item I bought from the Canadian Zwift Shop. Can I still request this through Zwift?
Zwift does not stock replacement parts at this time. Please contact the manufacturer for replacement parts.

So is there any way for Canadians to get Zwift branded merchandise anymore, or is our entire potential purchase being hosed by the inability to get trainers etc up here?

That is correct. As of July 20 2021, we no longer sell products into Canada.

So where are we supposed to get Zwift Runn ?
We would really like if at least they were available via Amazon. It’s very unfortunate that we have to look for used one and pay the same price when we could possibly buy it directly from you and brand new.

Have you heard of Shopify? There must be a solution to this problem for a company with Zwift’s resources.

Cross border shipping isn’t cheap esp. with duties/brokerage fees (assuming nothing they sell is US made) and most likely not enough business to justify a 3PL.

This is a huge lack of respect for Canadian customers. Tons of company runs cross border businesses and solutions exist. You should figure it out Zwift.
