I don’t understand how someone who’s got a 7000watt 15 second power is allowed to go around winning literally hundreds of races.
#16390 btw “A Beetlejuice”
use this Zwift Support.
But yeah Zwift should be smarter and pick up bot riders likes this.
Looks like there are 97 racers more highly ranked than this one!
Are they in the 10KW club?
Fast is fun, as long as they are only in races and not in free rides.
Sarcasm aside, I agree.
i manage alright with a 240w ftp
You dont just have a 240ftp though do you
If he races then 20 minute efforts and others should be on Zwift power right?
And no, I don’t believe 240w FTP either. That’s me on an average day with a stuffed up hip.
He just had one glitching activity on 24/10 skewing those numbers. The rest of his results seem legit?
the secret to a good hustle is telling the truth and making it sound like bullsht. that’s my all time best critical power btw
using morton’s 3 parameters
This guy is bogus. I have reported him numerous times using the companion app. Just take a quick look at his other 20min power personal bests. Not bad for a 60+ year old. And don’t even bother using that Zwift Support link above to report him. I have wasted so much time reporting fraudulent riders using that form and nothing ever happens.
it’s roughly my current ftp (for what i do it’s not an important metric, so i say roughly), though i’m on the lighter side at around 59kg. i peaked at 266w, a few years ago and i was a lot lighter at 54-55kg, which is a bit more respectable but isnt exactly spectacular for that size either, especially for the hours i had to do to get and maintain it
i have had my legs ripped off by the profile in the OP fairly recently though ZwiftPower - Login
one of @Jadon_Jaeger 's teammates still rolled him, merci beacoup mr vuillier
1200w at 20.7w/kg flyer spotted zooming around the Jarvis island lap.
They are getting pretty brazen and then talk trash when someone calls them out on it.
The cheating is getting worse. Teleport them automatically to a hidden basic world where they don’t earn XP, they don’t get drops and they don’t achieve any distance.
You need steady 350w with 120bpm heart rate to be competitive these days. Or maybe get an e-bike to use in races. if you see what I’m getting at, read between the lines.
469W @ 20min?
This is Filippo Ganna’s account
Are these sure human rides the result of an e bike?
My wife’s pedal assist bike, Yamaha Crosscore, has a 500 watt motor.
She only weighs 100 lbs and she can fly up hills all day and the battery stays charged.
I’m sure I could maintain a 10 w/kg average with it but why?
I have a co worker who commutes via e bike and that’s great.
Just don’t see the purpose on a training platform.
Nor do I and I had no e-bike to assist me when I was badly injured. I accepted I was slow and just took things very carefully and slowly.
I didn’t need an e-bike to ensure I could ride with A grade groups while I still had a busted hip (and crutches nearby), so why do these others need that?
Because it is a game they pay for and they want to play at the sweatest level.
All the other games are so competitive and getting to the top 1% is very very very impossible.
Only in Zwift you have that shot. Why waste it?
i’m fine without that. the only thing people need to be competitive in a zwift race is a gym membership with more than one squat rack in it. actual fitness is useful, but optional
How does using an e-bike have any relevance to being at the top level?
As long as they only use e-bikes in racing and not elsewhere it’s okay. Right?
Since everyone else says “as long as it’s not in races and doesn’t affect me” I’m going to start saying the opposite.
Imagine a TdF with everyone on stock e-bikes. We could probably do 2 stages a day and be done in less than 2 weeks!
