Hello! I’m contacting you today around an issue with Zwift power’s Cat placement of myself. currently I am set as a Cat A but but as you will see it was due to one race in particular, at that time I had a faulty Kickr from Wahoo that wasnt able calibrate. Furthermore, you can see that my stats have been consistent since receiving the new Kickr - showing that i should really be in Cat B.
The hard part is Cat will reset in Feb ( 90 day period to Cat b) based on my power output but as we found out - my point didnt count in the race last night due to the issue with Cat placing. I’m wondering if there is any way to fix this, if not I end up having to sit out for 5 races before I can actually compete.
