I want to calibrate my Zwift Hub, but the calibration icon does not appear. Is there another option to calibrate the Zwift Hub? Or does anyone know the issue?

With firmware version 4.x they introduced auto-calibration. There is no way to manually calibrate it currently but under the right circumstances it should take care of itself. See this support article for details:
