I think you can do this already. In the .zwo file the line:
<SteadyState Duration=“300” Power=“0.700” Cadence=“90”/>
results in a 5 minute interval at 70% of your FTP with a cadence target of 90 rpm. If your cadence is +/5 outside of 90 you’ll get a on-screen message to speed up or slow down.
