Cadence controlled workouts

It would be nice to be able to do cadence controlled workouts. So that you set a preferred cadence for the workout. If you spin faster Zwift will make it harder for you and force you back to you target and vice versa if you go below

Or you could just pick a cadence and stick to it. Do you really need Skynet to punish you? :wink::blush:

If you want I can send my wife round to yell at you if you go above or below target by 3rpm. :smile:

For shorter durations (30-60 seconds) going all out it will be so much easier than having to adjust you gears all the way. Short efforts where you go really hard and maybe fade in the last 5-10 seconds.
It is also perfect for the Wingate test (all out)
