I’m having problems with getting my iPad to pickup my Garmin sensors on Zwift. I can Zwift fine using my Mac. However using and ant+ dongle with my iPad, all I get is the power meter and speed sensor icons. Any advice appreciated guys?
The ANT+ dongle on the iPad no longer works on later version of iOS.
You have a couple of options:
- Use the 4iiii HRM to bridge the ANT+ to BLE
- Use CABLE
- Use BLE or dual band sensors like Wahoo: Cycling Cadence & Speed Sensor | Wahoo Fitness
I have coospo blue tooth sensors and hrm. They don’t work either.
You need to make sure that the sensors are not connect to anything (including your iPad) before opening Zwift. Bluetooth devices only allow one connection at a time.
Not connected to anything and not connected to iPad.
Ok lets start with some troubleshooting.
Is Bluetooth turned on on the iPad?
Are the batteries good in the sensors?
Do the sensors connect to any other app on your iPad?
Did you wake up the sensors?
Can you post a pic of your pairing screen?
