I have the bowflex bxt326. The latest update on zwift, it finds the treadmill and connects, I see the 0kmh. But my avatar doesn’t move.
Do you think it’s the software and it doesn’t work with this treadmil. I have never got it to work just bought the treadmill 1 week ago.
I’m running zwift on an Android tablet
What are you calling the latest version of Zwift?
Version 1.0.111622
Sent on the go with Vodafone
It’s a “known” issue. I’ve been DMing with @Rowdy for months trying to get it fixed. Still no update at this time. Only seems to be affecting the PC version of Zwift (for me) as the AppleTV version connects fine. Haven’t heard of any issues on anything besides PC though.
That’s not the version number. It’s likely that you are on 1.40. There have been issues connecting devices which have been resolved in an update.
Check Google play store to see if 1.41 is available.
Fingers crossed this sorts it but there is another long standing issue with certain smart treadmills.
Sorry It’s the 1.41.0 version. I updated on my notepad the other night. I gave you the version of the app from my phone. So ye disappointed it doesn’t work.
Could You please help me with that backend fix? My Treadmill Bowflex BXT 18 was paired and worked succesfully with Zwift in 2022 until it stopped working three days ago and nothing has solved the problem.
I always used Zwift on Mac to pair it and using simultaneously an HRM Pro for cadence and heart rate. Don’t know what happened but the issue seems to be plaguing many Bowflex owners.
Hi, I am experiencing the same issue as described in this thread, albeit different hardware. Zwift connects as usual to Bowflex BFX25 10" treadmill via Bluetooth but then no speed registering so Avatar stationery. It used to work fine up until 2 weeks ago. I am trying to connect with Apple TV. @Rowdy can you please help?
This is not a Zwift issue. It is a fault with the latest update of the JRNY software.
You need to contact Bowflex to resolve the issue.
It’s covered in other threads.
