Bluetooth stopped working

Great stuff, thanks for the update. Will test it out later! Thanks.

Sweet! Waiting for the update! Hope it’s here before my WSR ride tomorrow

How do I get hold of a replacement V2 as I live in the UK?

Just brought a in ride today and have spent 2 hours tonight trying to get it to connect, I have just found this post…I am having the same issues as above . I can connect to the in ride for cadence but nothing for power source.

Oh and when I do pair the in ride to cadence the mobile app crashes.

Yep I get the same as you Brendan.  Sounds like the fix will be released over next few days so all will be good!

Jon,

As mentioned in a separate thread, I would be more than happy to be on your release candidate testers list to ensure that an update you are putting out works with Kinetic InRide. I have the version 2 sensor which is clearly no longer working. I also use a Panobike bluetooth speed/cadence sensor which when tried with the latest release resulted in inaccurate power output calculations, either as classic or zPower calculated. I used the classic trainer settings with Kinetic Road Machine option but the power output would only fluctuate up and down with a consistent pattern. Let me know if you would like to get my logs from yesterday’s ride.  Thanks for your help!

@Zwift – PLEASE, can you test those two different versions of the inride sensor for power output?

My Zwift readings from my KK road machine t-2700 Smart Fluid – are drastically low…compared to inRide app and other real world testing methods.

Can you possibly test power from the non-wahoo one (I’m guessing this is a newer one) – Mine is brand new from Amazon and I promise you guys, the power is way off.

Ok all, we’ve just released a game patch that hopefully takes care of the issue of the inRide not showing up in the game.   No mobile app update is necessary, just run the game on your computer and see if the inride shows up.

I’ve tested the inRides we have here and it now seems to work fine in this latest update.

Jon,
You are a champion, connected and riding now. All looks good to me here.
Thanks mate:+1::+1::+1:

Thanks Jon & Zwift! Just in time for my ride!

Tried it out after the update and it works great.  Thanks!!!  Will give it a full workout in the morning…U.S. time

Thanks again.  Mike

Excellent news - sounds like it’s confirmed fixed.  The inRide v2 sensor is now in our QA department for future updates to be tested against.

Sorry again for the trouble.

Thanks for the update - fixed the problem for me today and glad to know that you’ll be able to test v2 sensor with all future releases!
