Bluetooth connection failingg

Unfortunately, things haven’t gone as planned. Specifically, I am able to utilize the Tacx app on my laptop and establish a connection with my Tacx device, but I am unable to do so within Zwift.

Is this your first time using this setup or has it worked in the past and suddenly stopped?

Can you share more details about the equipment you are using, what is the laptop, what is the trainer? If the laptop has a model ID printed on the bottom, please share that.

Keep in mind that many trainers can only pair to one thing via Bluetooth at a time, so you need to make sure the trainer is not paired to the Tacx app or to anything else via Bluetooth when you use Zwift.
