I have a Tacx Flux and I’ve been using Zwift for over two months now. Just started a training program and the app no longer accepts my bluetooth connection for cadence and control. Was there a recent update? Spent two infuriating hours trying to solve this problem and made no progress.
Anybody else experiencing this issue recently? I didn’t want to purchase an ANT+ device, but it seems to be going in that direction.
Does it work OK with the Tacx app via Bluetooth (when Zwift isn’t running and assuming you are not pairing via the Companion app)?
I’ve had better luck with troublefree pairing via ANT+, but I don’t have your trainer. I use a Coospo ANT+ dongle that came with an extension cable for $20.
@Darian_Welsh, @Nigel_Tufnel has a great point here. If your trainer is paired to another app, it may prevent it from pairing to Zwift – I know I’ve encountered this issue in the past. Hey All, i’m not sure what happened, but my device started connecting after restarting the app and computer several times. I almost never utilize other apps for the trainer, pretty much Zwift only. I only opened the other apps to confirm that my trainer was still functioning. Not sure what happened…
