When Zwift is run in the background, e.g. when watching a movie, the tour description screenshots are completely black.
This just looks awkward in the companion app in the activity list.
I always had black screenshots on Zwift in Windows when I ran it full screen. When it was windowed it would make screenshots normally (now I run it windowed… while using another application to make it full screen).

Have you already resintall the ZC app to see how it goes?
It’s possible that if this only happens in the background, it’s because the operating system is prioritizing battery life over multitasking. One way it does this is by reallocating resources away from apps that are running in the background.
It is no serious issue, just wanted to mention it. Bugs are hard to find. I only had it twice in hundreds of sessions. Normally, I have Zwift in fullscreen on the laptop.
