I’ve been getting this since last year too. Intermittent and nothing particularly seems to trigger it. I only notice it on me and not on anyone else. Only just noticed this post, so a bit late to the party

Sorry about this issue - we’re still working on this but it has been difficult to identify the root cause of the issue. We’re targeting having some improvements for this coming out ideally in the 1.60 game release.
