Hej i’ve got a question concerning the billing.
I recently joined ZWIFT and therefore used the 14 days / 50k free trial which ended with 50k cycled on Nov. 20th - my first billing was on Dec. 2nd though. So the first month i got already charged after 12 days? Is that correct?
fwiw mine was billed via paypal the same day I signed up for the paid subscription.
Same here… I was billed “Initial subscription” on the 27th of December and just saw that I was billed on January 13th for “subscription renewal”… that is only 17 days apart? What’s the reasoning for this?
