Billing help

How in the heck do I get a hold of someone to help with billing? I waited an hour on chat, there’s no phone support - I’m so pissed right now. Does anyone know how to get a hold of someone to get billing issues resolved?
Why does this company make is so difficult to contact anyone for help??!!

The chat function can be glitchy. There’s an option to connect via email instead - I usually get an answer pretty quickly that way.
