I am running windows 10 and after the latest update 1.25 I can’t change bikes I have tried all the bikes in my garage and I am taken back to the cervelo every time …
I have tried restarting computer but the problem is still there …

Check out the following thread for details of a workaround:
Essentially, if you double click on a bike (ensuring you get a green tick in the top left corner) when in the paused menu garage - so, after starting a ride, not in the new UI garage, you should be able to make the desired change stick.
