Avatar unstable / refreshing?

Anyone having issues with Zwift and your avatar image being out of whack? Image is unstable.

I have a brand new pc laptop G15 Special Edition gaming laptop - image attached of specs.
I view the game on a TV via HDMI cable.
If you can see the video…any ideas why this is happening?

Thanks, will check the thread for solutions. So far, nothing fixes it. I think I will move my post to that thread.
