Avatar Issues- Avatar gives customization options as a male but I am woman

Hello!
My Avatar is represented as a male even though I have selected that I am a woman. Do you know why and how to solve it?

Shuji at Zwift HQ here. You should be able to customize your avatar’s appearance to your liking in the “Garage” where you can also equip your avatar with different bike / wheel / clothing options.
