I tried to jump into a group ride that I selected from the iphone app less than 1 minute prior to the start of ride however the avatar would not move. Any idea how to fix this. I tried logging out and back in but that did not work. Using Apple TV and Companion App on Iphone. Thanks
Need a lot more info to help troubleshoot your issue.
What kind of trainer? I had a similar experience with my old tacx satori smart turbo trainer I had to make sure that the software was updated then had to pair the devices on the tacx utility app. Hope this helps
