Auto/Manual Lap Timer For Workouts Without Being In Workout Mode

 

Thanks for always building the app to be better, more interactive, activities, races and just plain fun as well as a way to pass the time quickly while staying fit.

 

What I would like to recommend is the following:

 

For people that do workouts but don’t use the erg workouts, I think it would be great to have the following:

 

As a Zwift user

I want to Zwift to Create A Auto Lap after each loop/circuit

So that when a loop/circuit is complete it will capture a riders time, avg/max power, avg/max cadence, avg/max HR

So that when I look at my individual loops/circuits I can see my results and where I can work to get better.

 

 

As a Zwift user

I want to have a Lap Button

So that when I finish my warmup, interval or rest period I can hit lap to look at my lap data

 

As a Zwift user

I want to have a Lap Timer under my current data (power, HR, Time, Cadence)

So that when I am doing a warmup, interval or rest period I can see my current time left for each segment

 

As a Zwift user

I want to have my last lap time show my time, avg power, hr, cadence for 30 Seconds and then disappear from view

So that I can review my data to see if I hit my required numbers after lap is done and then vanish so it does not add to all the other screen data

 

As a Zwift user

I want to be able to review all my laps/loops/circuits individually at the end of my workout for a high level review

So that it will save me the time going to Garmin Connect, TrainingPeaks or Strava for high level review.  If I want more in depth for a lap I can then go to those applications to drill in.
