Augmenting the Build Me Up Workout

I am somewhat new to Zwift and I am contemplating the “build me up” workout plan - but I would also like to do some group rides -some of which are challenging – I am looking for advice on how to incorporate a group ride into my weekly schedule and not undermine the goal of workout / recovery for the planned workout.

You could do that in the first 3 or 4 weeks.

I wouldn’t add any intensity after that. There’s plenty in BMU.
