issues connecting apple watch for heart rate monitor.

seem to always have connection errors in game though it will say “paired” in settings and show ”unpaired” on the apple watch.

this is after following the steps to connect the device.

happens about 50% of the time, usually closing zwift companion app on both phone, watch and restarting zwift app on MacOS might fix it.

Many people find it unreliable with Zwift. Perhaps someone will chime in if they have a magic workaround, but I suggest getting a chest strap HRM.

I had many issues with my apple watch ultra and companion… until I disabled the wifi on my watch.
