If upgrading to an Apple TV 4K, is the 32GB adequate? Any advantage to 64GB if this is dedicated box for Zwifting?
32GB is fine, certainly for a box primarily for Zwift.
The larger capacity would hold a number of large apps and it would cache a lot of media files – iTunes videos, etc.

The 32 is great , you don’t regret it .
No problems at all with 32Gb and Zwift, Adding 30000000 apps might squeeze it eventually though
