Just used the app for the first time a couple of days ago using iPhone - was in app an hour ago to do an event then went to app and it won’t open. I deleted it and downloaded but same issue. It’s frozen and I have not done anything with my phone (no updates…)
I’m frustrated as I’ve wasted almost an hour trying to open up and read about troubleshooting advice to no avail.
Please advise how to open app and what the heck caused it to freeze???
Have you tried restarting your phone? What app are you talking about, the Zwift app or the Zwift Mobile Link? What is the make and model of the phone?
Yes I tried that. It eventually opened albeit after a long delay
