Ant + disconects

I’m using Windows 10 ant+ and a kinetic r1 smart trainer. Every 26 minutes the power and cadence will stop but my hr monitor stays OK.

The ant plus is on a active extension lead and is placed under the trainer.

If I stop peddling for 3 mins it will restart

Any ideas

Check that the USB port for the ANT+ dongle isn’t going into power save. You can go into your settings to disable power save. Also, some USB ports might be spec’d differently in terms of power. If so, perhaps move your ANT+ dongle to a higher powered port.
