I know this could be strange since the app was working fine before. Please make sure your device meet all the requirements listed here: Supported Devices to Run Zwift
I’d recommend to update the your Android version from 13 to 14 if it’s possible, and also clean the google play cache service, that might help, here is an article from Google support:

Lastly, you can Re-Installing Zwift and make sure the app is updated since Zwift released a new version of the game on Dec 3er, 2024.
