i´am thinking about getting a adidas Micoach HRM. Does anybody has that in use? Does it work with zwift? It says it uses the Ant+ Standard…

Why not get a Wahoo Tickr (Both ANT+ and Bluetooth) or a Garmin HRM (ANT+ only)?
The adidas Micoach HRM should work, but I have not heard of anyone using it with Zwift.
