When doing an FTP test workout the test interval doesn’t have a target, so Zwift doesn’t insist you speed up or slow down. It also shows the interval average, which is very helpful.
I’m trying to create custom workouts with test intervals to get peak 1, 3, 5 minute power.
At the moment we have the “free ride” function in custom workouts where you can push as much as you want for as long as you want. Is that what you looking for?

It would be nice to display the average, but free ride works for now.
