Add pacers names first in Teleport menu

Teleport is great feature, but will be better, when on list of pacers their names will be visible. Pace isn’t constant and depends of slope. Thx.

Strangely, the exact same ride this morning was flawless. Joined the same RP on the same route from the home menu and auto-followed for the duration. Obviously the old bugs like RSS and SRH still present !!
