Account payments

Has anyone ever had 1 payment taken through there apple account and one through there normal bank? I’ve paid twice this month and can’t get in touch with zwift! I’ve tried emailing them yesterday but yet to hear back

Why Am I double billing, (Apple & Zwift) since I re-subscribed in October?
I saw in Zwift .com than credit information was there and in apple. I cancel the Apple and see if my subscription will still active?
How can I get credit?
