Is it possible to make a competition with Zwift bikers and Zwift runners and partisipate in tournaments. My idea is finding a random runner and a random biker and they team up and they make a team. And best team wins. The teams ofcause needs to in the same league.

anything is possible it’s how you do it.
Doing some sort of auto matching making like that in game while technically possible i don’t see zwift being anywhere near doing in the next decade 
It would have to be arranged off zwift with results calculated off zwift as well
