10-12 builder FTP trainer advice

Hey, is anyone able to let me know if the requirement for the FTP builder program is to complete all day 1’s or is optional to choose 1 day 1 then move on to day 2 which also shows multiple day 2’s. Hope this makes sense.

Are you running the training plan or are you just picking the workouts from a folder? Hopefully, if you follow the training plan it’ll sequence correctly.

The issue is what you are looking at is a “Collection”, for what is no longer a formal plan you can enroll in. So to do this as a “Plan” you’ll have to follow the order in the training plan link David posted above. I don’t think you’ll get any badge for completing this anymore because it is not in the formal “Plan” list in the app, but all the individual workouts are there.

This is why you can just sort these based on effort or duration, and there is no prescribed order in the companion app.

To pick a plan to “Enroll” in and get a badge etc. Go to the main Zwift app, select the “Workouts” section, then on the left hand side select “Plans”. There is no 12 Week FTP Builder there, instead there is a shorter 6 Week FTP Builder which you can then choose to “Enroll” in. This one will give you a badge upon completion etc.

Definitely confusing, but they pulled a few plans a while ago, and kept the individual workouts, so you can still see those individual workouts in a “Collection” in the companion app as a result.
