ZwiftPower Profile not updating correctly

Hi, I deleted several individual race activities directly in Zwift (via Zwift Companion) mid December. These activities were completed while my trainer was faulty and over-reading power, and they were deleted on the advice of Zwift Support so that my category reflects valid data.

The deleted races are still appearing in my ZwiftPower profile and affecting my category. I’ve emailed ZwiftPower Support twice asking for a forced resync of my ZwiftPower profile, but nothing to date has happened. My name in ZwiftPower is also not a direct copy of my name in Zwift even when I ‘refresh profile’, so something is definitely not quite right.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Deleting activities has no effect on your power curve. I don’t know why they would tell you to do that. Only Zwift staff can make those changes. Don’t keep emailing them. Most of their staff are on a holiday break so it will probably take more time.
