Zwift wont load to ride page on Windows PC

Last week my Windows 10 PC just stopped loading Zwift from the desktop App, it opens and logs in, but then when you get to the pairing page it just crashes and you never get to the ride screen. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled. I’ve removed all Zwift files and restarted my PC more times than I care to remember. I’ve followed Zwift advice and saved the screen logs and sent them to Zwift but no’one has got back to me. Its so frustrating as it works on my phone and my wife’s Mac Book but just won’t work on my PC after zwifting successfully for over a year.
Has anyone got any other fixes I have not tried yet.

Disable built-in Bluetooth on the PC, if you have it.

Just turned bluetooth off and it has worked straight away. Brilliant thank you. :grinning: :bike:
